Help Tailwinds of Hope establish a scholarship for a Colorado student that is studying to obtain their Private Pilots License.Tailwinds of Hope wants to have a local scholarship that is aviation based. By establishing this scholarship, it will give a young student help with the high costs of obtaining their pilot private license.
